Semi-professional models:-

Trays in perforated food grade plastic material; stainless steel trays are available but fruit sticks more on these then on plastic.
All models have the same ventilation/heating unit with 480 Watt, 230 volt.

Product drying times depend on various factors and cannot be accurately calculated.
The main factor is the thickness of the product being dried: every millimetre of thickness takes an average of about 3 to 4 hours for perfect drying. As thickness increases, so does drying time per millimetre, so the thicker the product the longer the drying process.
Other factors that affect drying times are relative humidity of the air, external temperature and the water content of the fruit or vegetables; tomatoes take a very long time to dry because they have a particularly high water content.

The 10 tray version with vinyl frame is recommended as best value:-
