Winegrowers Supplies  -  Automatic bottle pre-rinsing

Bottle rinsing turret integrated in front of a bottle filler:-

    6 grippers: 17,749 Euros

    9 grippers: 18,735 Euros

   12 grippers: 22,690 Euros

The standard rinser works in two steps, first rinsing (with a liquid or with air or with inert gas) and afterwards draining.

The bottle is taken from the conveyor belt and positioned corresponding to the gripper, seizing it tight in the neck. During the rotation of the carousel,
the gripper is upturned by 180° by means of a suitably shaped tubular cam, putting the bottle in a vertical position with the mouth downwards and adjacent to an injection nozzle.

After rinsing, the dripping phase starts, it ends when the gripper rotates downwards again positioning the bottle in the star-wheel leading it on the conveyor belt and towards the filling turret.

There is an option for double treatment, in three steps: rinsing (liquid or air), then a second rinsing (liquid or air), then draining. .... Euros.
