An article about crushing and de-stemming. De-stemming before crushing is much better than crushing first.

An extension hopper, not shown in the photo, is included in the price. It increases the distance from the top of the hopper to the moving parts, for safety reasons.
It is composed of side panels and 4 plastic angle bars at the corners, it attaches to the hopper with 4 bolts.

There is a semi-centrifugal 'mash-pump' at the bottom outlet, with Garolla connection to a white plastic hose-tail,
for attaching a 50 mm internal diameter hose (for GIOIA 15) or a 60 mm internal diameter hose (for GIOIA 30 or 40).

The hopper has a hinge along the rear side, it can be swung open for access to the stainless steel cage, which can be removed easily.

The GIOIA 30 has two wheels and a wide fixed leg. The GIOIA 40 has four wheels, two of which have brakes to lock the wheels.
