     It is essential that bottles are dry, otherwise self-adhesive labels will not stick properly.

This is a high precision machine. The overall quality of the components and the solidity of the machine,
and especially the design of the labelling head assembly, with all types of adjustment (inclination and height).

The maximum label roll height is 150 mm, up to 200 mm is available as an option.
There is a loading plate for a roll of labels up to 250 mm diameter, with a centre core of 76 mm diameter.
The label roll winding recommendation is labels on outside of roll, left hand leading edge, unwind direction is clockwise.
The label width can be almost to wrap-around the bottle. A gap of 5 mm between labels on the roll is needed.
Suitable for bottles with diameter between 55 and 115 mm, there is an accessory for smaller bottles 40 mm to 60 mm.
The positioning height of the labelling unit(s) can be adjusted easily.
The labelling unit(s) can be quickly set to apply labels with different sizes and shapes.
The operation of the machine is controlled by an electronic card, created for the purpose.
The timing of the label release can be adjusted, changing the position of the label on the bottle, until the exact placement is achieved.

- sensor for bottles on the exit, to stop the labeller if the bottles are not passing along the conveyor, 342 Euros
 this is normally only needed if labelling is done in line before a bottle-filler, for example when filling cold beer which would cause condensation on the outside of the bottles, which would prevent the labels from sticking properly.

Faster Labellers:
If it’s only a front and back label we can reach up to 3000 bottles/hour on a linear line, with the Kompakt 30, 9077 Euros.
To go faster it’s necessary to have a rotating labeller and the price is much higher. The smallest rotating line is 30,000 to 35,000 Euros.

Delivery time: 60 to 90 days from the date of the order; advance payment and all samples.

Warranty: covers any defective part for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery. The warranty does not include materials which are subject to normal wear, the accidental damage caused by transportation, carelessness, unsuitable handling, improper use and any behaviour which is not compliant with the warnings indicated on the instruction manual. The replacement parts will be supplied ready to be installed.
