Bench standing labeller for application of front labels (or front and back labels alternately on the roll) with 2 to 3 mm spacing between labels.
It can apply 'wrap around' labels.
The weight of the bottle is the pressure on the label as it is applied. There is not an extra roller, as there is with the models further down this page.

With two rollers that move automatically, to press the label on to the bottle.
It's very easy to adjust the position of these rollers so that different diameter bottles can be labelled.

When the bottle is inserted it starts automatically by a sensor. The time between sensing a bottle and the label being rolled on is 3.5 seconds; 800 bottles/hour is typical.

Designed for a single label roll, with front labels (or front and back labels alternately on the roll) with 3 mm (or more) spacing between labels.
The adjustment for exact label spacing is easily made with a simple potentiometer on the control panel.

Label roll: internal diameter of 65 to 75 mm and external diameter of 200 mm.
Label height: maximum 180 mm. Suitable for bottle diameters between 60 mm and 112 mm.
