These semi-automatic pneumatic volumetric dosers are designed for filling a wide range of dense products (jams, honey, chutney, pâtés, sauces, creams etc) also chemicals, cosmetics and pharmaceutical products as well as liquids, all with high accuracy.
It's simple to change the product and adjust the volume to be filled. The specially designed filling nozzle ensure there is no product spillage.

TASK - PPF models: good quality at economic prices:-

PPF-250: 20 ml to 250 ml, 2925 Euros
PPF-500: 50 ml to 500 ml, 3250 Euros
PPF-1000: 100 to 1000 ml, 4000 Euros
PPF-2000: up to 2000 ml, 4485 Euros

- made in AISI 304 stainless steel, not designed for filling corrosive products.
- product temperature 40 to 50 °C.
- Easy to clean, the piston can be dismounted completely for inspection and washing.
- Supplied with mounting column frame stand and adjustable support plate for the bottle / jar to be filled.
- Supplied with a stainless steel hopper for the product, with capacity approx 30 litres.

- The filler requires connection to electricity (230 Volts, 20 Watt) and compressed air (4 to 6 Bar).
The air consumption is not huge but it is recommended to have at least a 100 litre tank with 1.5 or 2 Hp compressor.

It is very easy to operate:-
- The product is loaded inside the hopper.
- The operator presses a foot pedal to release the dose.
- The correct dose can be adjusted by the flywheel on the back of the piston.

The precision of filling is 1%. It can be used with a wide range of products of different viscosity, however, if the product is too thick or too liquid the doses could be less precise.

For the model PPF-1000:-
Working speed, 4 to 8 doses / minute.

The working height of the support plate is approx 500 mm; hence it is necessary to place the filler on a table to reach a normal working height for the operator (about 900 to 1000 mm from floor level. Alternatively the unit can be mounted on a strong column frame to have a working height of 950 mm; the price for this extended height frame is 400 Euros.

These models are designed to fill from the top hopper, achieving the maximum precision and avoiding waste.
It is possible, by dismounting the top hopper, to connect a hose and have the piston pumping from a separate container of product.
In this case it is necessary to have the product container at least as high as the level of the filler.

IND models: higher quality:-

Filling at room temperature or hot fill up to 80 °C.

All parts in direct contact with products are in AISI 316 stainless steel, with PTFE gaskets.

Operation with compressed air, no electricity.

Valves, hopper and accessories are supplied separately from the machine body, in order to meet the needs of each individual user.
All valves are fitted with tri-clamp connections, so they are removable easily and completely. They can be interchanged, in order to use the same machine for different products.
They are easy to clean and sanitise.

The filling trolley allows the product to be sucked up into the piston chamber, instead of passing down through the infeed hopper.
