Winegrowers Supplies  -  Fully automatic labelling machines for applying self-adhesive labels

     It is essential that bottles are dry, otherwise self-adhesive labels will not stick properly.

     On these machines the rolls of labels must be 'inside wound, left-hand leading edge'.

this is normally only needed if labelling is done in line before a bottle-filler, for example when filling cold beer which would cause condensation on the outside of the bottles, which would prevent the labels from sticking properly.


Faster Labellers:
If its only a front and back label we can reach up to 3000 bottles/hour on a linear line, with the Kompakt 30, 8469 Euros.
To go faster its necessary to have a rotating labeller and the price is much higher. The smallest rotating line is 30,000 to 35,000 Euros.


Bottle and label specifications for the Kompakt labellers:-

Bottle Diameter: between 60 and 110 mm (more or less is possible on request)
Bottle Height: 230 to 360 mm

Label: maximum length is full wrap-round the bottle
maximum height 150 mm (can be customised for higher labels on request)
The label must be applied to the vertical part of a bottle.

Label roll: inside wound, left-hand leading edge; unwind direction is anti-clockwise.

Delivery time
: 60 to 90 days from the date of the order; advance payment and all samples.

Installation and commissioning: on site installation by our engineers is not included in prices quoted. If required, the relevant charges would be: 500 Euros x 3 days, plus flight and accomodation costs.

Warranty: covers any defective part for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery. The warranty does not include materials which are subject to normal wear, the accidental damage caused by transportation, carelessness, unsuitable handling, improper use and any behaviour which is not compliant with the warnings indicated on the instruction manual. The replacement parts will be supplied ready to be installed.
