For removing the stones/seeds from fruits such as cherries, plums, peaches, apricots, tomatoes, cherries, apricots, raspberries, strawberries, blackcurrants etc.
Removes stones or seeds from the fruit, also breaks up the fruit to achieve a homogenous mash/pulp.
The fruit is loaded into a hopper, then transported by an auger to the cylindrical screen.
A fast rotating rotor with blades, presses the fruit flesh through the holes in a screen.
Cleaned stones are ejected from the machine, the pulp and juice are collected for further processing.
The screens can easily be changed, with different sizes of holes for different fruits.

The stones of apricots can be slightly rasped; that will have an influence of the taste of the final product.
