If these tanks are not full then, to prevent oxidation, you need to put a 'blanket layer' of CO₂ gas (from a cylinder) over the liquid; CO₂ is heavier than air.

I can supply a ZERO Pressure Controller for automatically supplying CO₂ to the airspace at the top of a tank.

Type FS-MO stainless steel tanks, made in Germany.
Vertical cylinders, three legs, oval man-way door, concave top and bottom surfaces, V-channel to DIN50 bottom outlet, hole for flap-valve on racking outlet, the top surface is AISI 316 higher grade stainless steel.
