Enolmatic vacuum bottle filler

A very popular and useful piece of equipment for the small producer or serious hobbyist; there are even large wineries that use it for experimental batches.
The Enolmatic has a vacuum pump that removes air from the bottle (or other container) to be filled, the vacuum created (0.8 Bar) then draws the wine (or other liquid) directly into the bottle (or container) without any contact with mechanical components.
The Enolmatic has a proven history of over 20 years in every wine region of the world.
The 'Tandem' filtration accessory offers professional filtration for small volumes.

Vacuum filling means the liquid will not be affected by oxygen; excess CO₂ in wine or cider is quickly removed in this process.

Automatic filling valve/nozzle; fill level is easily adjustable.

Bottle neck internal diameter from 16 mm up to 28 mm.

Bottle height; adjustable for bottles from about 200 to 330 mm high.

330 mm tall bottles are the maximum you can fill by placing a bottle in the unit.
To fill taller bottles you can simply detach the filling valve/nozzle from the frame and push it down on the bottle neck.
The filling speed is adjustable, in practice easily 100 0.75 litre bottles/hour. Tenco claim up to 250 0.75 litre bottles/hour for wine and 150 0.75 litre bottles/hour for oil, without filtration.
It can draw liquid from tank, demi-john or carbuoy, these can be up to 2 metres below the filler.
220 Volt 50 Hz, weighs 4 kilos, dimensions 400 x 200 x 400 mm high.

Can fill tomato sauce, and liquids with relatively high viscosity.

Suitable for filling 40% alcohol spirits, the polycarbonate overflow tank has very good resistance to spirits.

Instructions for using the Enolmatic filler

The standard Enolmatic has a plastic filling valve/nozzle.
If you are filling 40% alcohol spirits then the filling valve/nozzle in stainless steel is beneficial in the long term: also available separately for £177.00

To install this in place of the plastic filling valve/nozzle, a strong bolt+nut (40 mm long, M12 thread) is supplied; it's shown in the photographs above.
The plastic pin on the standard valve is not used.

The following different kits enable a good seal to be achieved around the top of the receiving bottle or container, in order that air can be evacuated from it.

Mignon kit: fills miniature bottles, with neck diameters from 7.5 mm internal, up to 26 mm external, £120.00

or a stainless steel Mignon kit, £195.00 works really well !

The stainless steel mignon kit consistes only of the valve/nozzle assembly, which interchanges with the standard one. There is nothing else included.

The Enolmatic with stainless steel mignon valve/nozzle, includes a stainless steel weight to be fitted on the end of the suction hose, to keep the hose down in the container where the liquid is being sucked from. This weight has a small ball inside which acts as a non-return valve, preventing the liquid flowing back into the container.
